Integrity Services was born out of 2 things:

 

1)  Community need for a "one stop" service provider that can handle every aspect of your home renovations and maintenance

 

2)  Need for a company that holds itself and its employees responsible to make every step of this stressful process a seamless and fun-filled guided adventure.

Why the name "Integrity Services"? 

 

   Our owner came from an industry that was supposed to be dedicated to its customers, but over the years it became less and less about the client, and more and more about the investors.  Broken promises and less-than-stellar service became the accepted norm . . . all in the pursuit of profit over people.  After 20 years in operations and sales management, it became too much - always feeling that the only way to be successful was to "compromise" his integrity on a daily basis.  One day he realized that integrity is not something that can be compromised . . . he's often heard stating that "Integrity is something you either have or you don't."  He put in his notice and never looked back.  As he developed this company, he wanted to give it a name that not only describes who we are, but that also reminds him and all of our service providers where the core of our success is built - 100% Integrity, 100% of the time!
